What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will be listened to and honored for their courage in coming to therapy. They can expect to have a sense of what therapy looks and feels like. They will be given assignments from week to week.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Solution focused, narrative post modern and mindfulness approaches are all in my toolkit, along with a mix of hypnotherapy and cbt.
