What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Addiction, Anxiety, Career, Coping Skills, Depression, Life Transition, Mental Stress, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress and Trauma / PTSD.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

My goal as your therapist is to support you in facing, understanding, and coping with the behaviors, thought patterns, and emotional responses that contribute to feeling stuck in life or not becoming what you believe to be the best version of yourself.
