What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will experience a compassionate and non-judgmental space. You will feel validated and have a better understanding of how your thoughts affect your emotions. You will take away effective strategies to manage distressing emotions and memories.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My interaction with you will be client-centered and tailored to meet your individual goals. I am trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play and Eye Movement Desensitized and Reprocessing (EMDR).
