What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can take away from sessions with me is having the ability to be truly honest not with just themselves but others as well. More confidence in themselves and having better coping skills.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provide Person Centered therapy, Psychodynamic, DBT ( Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy). I would utilize a method that would be most appropriate to you. I also use Motivational Interview and work with couples as well.
