I focus on using mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique-Tapping), motivational interviewing, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a strength based approach
During the first session, we will explore: What brought you to therapy? What do you feel is wrong in your life? What changes you would like to see? Some questions about your history, including your childhood, education, relationships (family, romantic, friends), your current living situation, and your career may also be discussed. Depending on your goals, therapy can last a few sessions, several weeks or longer. While you likely want to know how long it's going to take to "feel better," there's no simple answer. It's very individualized and we develop and navigate this roadmap together.
