My primary method when working with couples is Relational Life Therapy. I love this when working with couples (or individuals) because it really cuts to the root of the problem quickly and at the same time keeps the goal of having a better relationship overall as the North Star of our work together. I am also trained in Gottman Method, Levels 1 and 2.

In general, I am very relaxed, have a good sense of humor and love, love working with couples to help them have better relationships. I bring all of that to my work. I want to bring my genuine self to my work so that you can also feel comfortable showing up as your genuine self. While I want to create a comfortable environment for us to work together, I do take my work very seriously and want us to work together to meet your needs in your relationship.

I truly believe people have the ability to make different choices and improve their situation or negative patterns and habits that have been holding them back . I think this is a big part of why people have a hard time in their relationships. We have been doing the same thing for so long that even if we can see it is causing problems, we don't know how to do it differently! That is when it is necessary to reach out to someone else who can help you figure out how to do things differently, and this is where I can help you.
