What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Kate has been in practice since 1973. During this time she has integrated many approaches: cognitive/ behavioral, mindfulness, ego state, hypnosis, EDMR, brainspotting, art, and neuroscience based therapies. Her methods are especially helpful for symptoms of trauma, anxiety, grief, interpersonal, and family problems. It is her pleasure to help patients discover the resources they have within to manage life's challenges. She is a certified supervisor for licensure.
