What does a first session with you look like?

Our time together is about you. You know yourself best and we will pair that with my 30 years of professiona and personal experience to help you achieve your goals. We will work to get to the roots of what's bothering you, and develop individualized techniques that help you reach your goals. While therapy will be grounded in Cognitive Behavioral, and Motivational Therapy, your therapy will be tailored to fit your needs and comfort level.
