What does a first session with you look like?

During our initial consultation we will complete the initial intake assessment and will discuss what your treatment goals are; from there we will create a treatment plan together with medication and or psychotherapy. Clients have often gave feedback that they feel heard and listened to, and I hope to make you feel the same!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have extensive experience working with a full range of psychiatric medications (antidepressants, anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, stimulant/nonstimulants and hypnotics) as well as holistic treatment modalities. Evidence has shown that psychopharmacological treatment is most successful when combined with psychotherapy.
