What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a lot of the content in the session, along with bringing up a lot of information that may be relevant to what you may be experiencing. I find using somatics, attachment theory, and relationality is what I lean towards in my work with folks.
What does a first session with you look like?
I am a warm and relational therapist, and I enjoy getting to know you, your story, and what may be behind the presentation that we see.
