What does a first session with you look like?
I aim to help a client identify the traumatic roots of their negative self-concept and to help them change their thinking about themselves to be more positive. Ultimately I aim to help clients identify what is being triggered when they experience discomfort and help them understand it and therefore neutralized the effects.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily use EMDR but also utilize Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Reality Therapy.
