What does a first session with you look like?
During our time together we will explore your needs and concerns. Clients are given the tools, coping skills, and psychoeducation they need to move forward to meet their goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, interpersonal theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and relaxation. The goal of therapy is to meet your needs.
