What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect a dedicated and passionate clinician who strives to find the best possible help for her clients. I pride myself on being professional, kind, honest and open. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we can explore what works best for you!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a registered Art Therapist and use art making as a non judgmental way to explore complex concepts, thoughts and experiences. No prior art experience is necessary. We will be focusing on the process, not the product. Please ask me any questions if you are interested! Art therapy is not a requirement for my clients.
