Katie Humphrey LCSW

Kate Humphrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida who has been practicing since 2018. She has a Bachelor's of Social Work from FGCU and a Master's of Social Work from FSU. Kate provides a strengths-based approach with her clients to best meet each of their unique goals. It is important to meet each client where they are at, using their individual experiences and perspectives to propel them forward. Kate's goal is to help her clients see their fullest potential through an insight-oriented and humanistic approach, as they are the experts of their own lives. She is passionate about helping individuals work through ineffective behavioral and cognitive patterns to achieve their goals and self-actualization. While being a social worker and therapist is where she derives meaning from her life, Kate has many other interests, too. She loves spending time with her two cats, Binx and Brindley, as they always keep her on her toes. She enjoys spending time outdoors, so she is at her happiest when she is at the beach, canoeing in local rivers, and when she is near any natural body of water. She is also passionate about baking in her spare time.
