What is your style/approach to therapy?
I would describe my approach as being Client Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Focused. I am trained in EMDR. I believe that you are the expert in your life and your journey and I will be here to help you find your own personal strengths.
