What does a first session with you look like?
I collaborate with my clients and enjoy providing psychoeducation on the mind-body relationship. In our sessions, you’ll see that I have a very natural and friendly relational style within my work and focus on building healthy relationships with my clients. You will also notice I use evidence based treatment interventions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I take a semi-structured, eclectic, cognitive-behavioral approach. This includes CBT, ACT, ERP, MBSR, and DBT interventions.
