What does a first session with you look like?
As your counselor I will encourage you to fight for your happiness. You are in the driver’s seat while I am in the passenger seat. I will provide a different point of view. But ultimately I will support you on whatever you decide on your journey.

I am an eclectic counselor. I draw from different counseling methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.
