The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. You are more than your mental health struggle - I believe in placing an emphasis on treating the whole person.

Kelly Malcom is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has nearly 4 years of experience helping teens, adults, and seniors to manage a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. She is passionate about mental health, striving to stay up to date on the latest evidence-based practices while providing compassionate care. Kelly completed her Master's degree in Nursing at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and has worked in a variety of backgrounds, including private practice, inpatient, and community mental health. She takes a patient-centered approach to care and strives to develop a strong rapport with her patients. She believes that you are more than your mental health struggles. Mental health is crucial to all facets of health and wellness, and Kelly can help support you to take control of the challenges you are facing and help you in your journey to better overall health.
