I have a variety of evidence-based techniques at the ready to assist you. Everyone is different and responds differently to therapy. I often pull my techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused. I am a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner and a Making Sense of Your Worth Facilitator.
After our first session together, we will dive into the journey of healing and establishing healthy connections with others and yourself. There will be ups and downs during this process and you may want to retreat to your old habits as they are what you know and are comforting even if they may be unhealthy; however, I am here to help guide you through this to replacing those with healthier ones to set you up for success.
