I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As an individual who suffers from depression and anxiety myself, I can empathize and understand the complexities and difficulties of navigating life while struggling with breakthrough symptoms.

Kellyn Swanson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, who has over 3 years of experience providing therapy for adults coping with crisis situations, major life transitions, daily stressors, physical health ailments, relationship concerns, emotional dysregulation, and increased mental health symptoms. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Misericordia University and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University.Kellyn believes in utilizing her client's strengths and goals to lead sessions. She recognizes the client-therapist relationship as an essential element in the therapeutic process and employs her values of empathy, unconditional acceptance, non-judgmental stance, and active listening to best meet the individualized needs of her clients.
