What does a first session with you look like?
During our first sessions I like to get to know you and learn about who you are! What goals do you have and what do you hope to get out of our time together? Each week, we will focus on working towards your goals one step at a time!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a person-centered and strength-based approach, in order to assist my clients in seeing the best in themselves, while guiding them on their therapeutic journey. I use many different worksheets and tools, and these vary based on each clients needs.
