What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session, I will ask you about what is recently going on to get an understanding of what you are looking for. Our first session will include information about how future sessions will go and building rapport. Each session will have autonomy around your preferences.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize multiple methods to include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal, Family Systems modalities to address any thought and behavioral patterns that may be impacting you. I utilize mindfulness, strength-based, interpersonal, supportive, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approaches to create a non-judgmental environment and empower change.
