What does a first session with you look like?
I believe in authentic and compassionate approaches to therapy that allow you the opportunity to explore yourself without judgment. Every client will have a unique therapeutic experience tailored to what they need from therapy. You are an expert in your life and I am here to support you in getting where you want to be!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize strength-based, person-centered approaches. I will use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, art therapy techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques with a mix of it all.
