Also utilized treatment tools like, Anxiety: GAD-7 Scale, Depression: PHQ-9, Mini-Mental Status Exams, and Vanderbilt Questionnaire etc. Screenings assist in confirming a disorder and ruling out other concerns, therefore, standardized clinical rating scales are very important with chronic illnesses but are not technically diagnostic.
