Evidence based treatment interventions that I implement are cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered, dialectic behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices and supportive therapy techniques.
After each session it is crucial to recognize accomplishments and gain a deeper understanding of transformational processes which require mental flexibility and practicing self compassion. Therapy sessions are designed to reroute the brain to actively pursue healthier thought patterns and relationships to self and others.
