No matter where you are on your life journey, we will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to strengthen your metaphorical tool belt to address and handle the issues you're struggling with. I enjoy taking a collaborative approach and will regularly check-in about your emotional vitals and any challenges experienced.

I take a holistic approach to address the needs of the mind, body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, expressive arts, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and evidence-based techniques to help you get to the root of your struggles and overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
