I subscribe to CBT and ACT techniques which allows us to work together in understanding how you see and approach the world. It is often times our lens that affects how we react and while we cannot control the world- we have the ability to reframe how we view our interactions with it.

I always want clients to walk away with something from session. Nothing is more frustrating than reaching out for help to only have to "wait until it works." In a typical session, we'll review the areas of concern and discuss ways to combat them, often practicing it in session for you to use throughout the week. I often provide a handout for clients to review/utilize until it's second nature. Ultimately, utilizing evidence based techniques, we will carry hope into the next phase of your life; find healing from depression; peace from anxiety while becoming a more resilient you.
