What does a first session with you look like?
During our initial intake session, my hope is to create a safe environment where you feel like healing can truly occurs. In the following sessions my desire is that we are able to develop a treatment plan that supports your goals in many different aspects within your life. I thoroughly enjoy having a two-way conversation with my clients and feeling they are an active member of their own recovery and healing process.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I will utilize the following therapeutic interventions: Narrative Therapy , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
