What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session will focus on getting to know one another. I am interested in learning about you; what brings you to therapy, your expectations and your concerns. We will work to develop a plan to help achieve goals. We work to identify exercises and "homework" assignments to complete between sessions to support your journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a strengths-based model of therapy. My approach is client-centered, relationship-focused, non-judgemental and supportive. We work together to understand your strengths and challenges and to develop a plan to help overcome the challenges you are facing.
