What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approaches are evidenced based that integrate elements of Cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and neuroscience to help with emotional regulation and learning effective coping skills.
What does a first session with you look like?
Evidenced based skills for managing the intensity of emotions and for making changes that rewire the brain. You can expect to feel heard and that someone is working with you to help you achieve your goals. I am non directive during session and will meet you where you are so that you feel supported and accomplished by the work being done.
