What does a first session with you look like?

My clients are provided a safe space to receive tools, empowerment, and guidance from an experience professional (that's me!) with an open-minded and authentic approach to client wellness. Clients receive the support they need with consideration of their full work-life, culture, beliefs, and sexual identity.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use an eclectic approach varrying from attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical and Solution focused depending on the clients need.
