What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session we will discuss your psychiatric history, brief medical history, family medical and psychiatric history, and a proposed treatment plan. In subsequent sessions we will assess the effectiveness of the treatment plan and adjust accordingly.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize evidence based practices to identify appropriate medication options. Of note, my practice has elected not to prescribe controlled medications such as benzodiazepines and stimulants.
