What does a first session with you look like?
During the beginning of our work together, we will take time to determine your personal treatment goals and explore current barriers to achieving those goals. Together, we will engage in psychoeducation to learn about and better understand your mental health concerns and overall well-being. In our work together we will focus on processing difficult emotions and situations in a safe, empathetic space. Collaboratively, we will work to identify thought and behavioral patterns that are no longer benefiting to you and we will develop new skills to support your personal growth.
