What does a first session with you look like?
We’ll begin the therapeutic process by assessing your clinical needs and identifying strengths and assets that will support you to achieve your treatment goals. What is your style/approach to therapy?
My specialties include treating individuals with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring disorders, life transitions, relationship and family conflict, and unresolved emotional issues. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Motivational Interviewing in treatment approach.
