What does a first session with you look like?
I love working on the here and now. This is what is affecting your day currently. I want to help you to move through the tough stuff. I meet you were you are on your journey and help you to move forward within that space. Life can be hard and I want to be here to cheer you on.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I can imagine that this process of seeking out a therapist can be overwhelming. I want to make sure that clients are comfortable. I utilize a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, & strength-based therapy because not everyone will fit a certain treatment process.
