I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. Growing up as a woman of color in the U.S., I understand the struggle and have developed the skills to help you move from surviving life to thriving in life.

Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience. She is passionate about helping people cope with life stressors and helping them learn to manage emotional, behavioral and relationship issues. She specializes in depression, anxiety and trauma. She also helps clients struggling with relationship issues with partners and/or family members. Kimberly graduated from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She went on to pursue her dream of helping others by obtaining a Master's degree in Social Work at New York University. She utilizes treatment approaches centered in cognitive behavioral therapy (SFT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy (TFT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). Kimberly is a strengths and solutions-focused therapist with a creative and energetic style that is both empathetic and motivating.
