What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an Eclectic Approach which is an integrative approach to psychotherapy that aims to discover and implement the most effective treatment for each individual. Instead of following a predefined methodical structure, eclectic therapy pulls from various therapy techniques to treat each person as a unique individual.
