What does a first session with you look like?
I'm happy that you are taking the time to research providers who can assist in treating your mental health needs. I will work with you to create an individualized plan of care that best suits you, and where you are in your mental health journey. Our first visit will consist of getting to know each other and answering questions, and completing an initial evaluation. We will discuss your goals and possible treatment options.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe that to heal a person and achieve wellness, it is important to treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit. I facilitate wellness within my practice by empowering you to make personal efforts toward achieving mental health balance and overall well-being by offering a variety of interventions such as nutritional therapy, exercise therapy, mind-body therapy, incorporating supplements, lifestyle coaching and/or medication management.
