What does a first session with you look like?

You will be provided with support as you navigate setting your goals to move forward living your optimal life. You will be provided and encouraged to utilize CBT tools to help recognize thinking issues that are not so helpful or healthy that lead to negative moods like depression and anxiety. My goal is to help clients to move forward while using some very helpful tools.
