What does a first session with you look like?
I offer a safe, confidential space to work collaboratively to process challenging issues. My training has prepared me to treat clients with difficulties ranging from transitions, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring substance misuse, to make desired changes. The goal is to create a path forward for greater quality of life.
