What does a first session with you look like?
After our inital session, we will have a general idea of where you would like to go moving forward and go from there. Each therapy session will be guided by you and tailored to where you are during that session. Therapy needs can vary from week to week and we will approach each session based on those needs.

I utilize a person-centered approach which puts the focus on you and your specific needs. Other treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
