What does a first session with you look like?
This unique method of integrating psychotherapy with spirituality can help you rediscover lost parts of yourself, that are fully expressed in self-esteem, confidence, hope and inspiration. For many, this is often the first time they have experienced, joy, love and healthy connections.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and have been trained in Emotional Freedom Technique “tapping”, Advanced Integrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (Inner child/parts work) and use crystals and essential oils to work with emotions and balancing your body. I also have been trained in a couples modality that works with your attachment needs called Emotionally Focused Therapy.
