What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is to provide clients with a safe, nonjudgemental environment to explore and evolve throughout each session. During our time working together, we can identify attainable goals, address a variety of personal challenges, and improve overall well-being. We will collaborate with a focus on the reduction of symptoms with improved functioning.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic style utilizes a supportive, strength-based approach. I utilize a combination of psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, and mindfulness approaches to best fit my client's needs for short-term or long-term therapy.
