I value a holistic, eclectic, and integrative approach to therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities. We will focus on the present moment – getting honest and vulnerable about your thoughts and feelings, getting curious about the past and how those experiences impact you now, and focusing on the future by incorporating new skills and goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I have significant experience in working with trauma, substance use, and regulating negative emotions, like anxiety and depression.
