What does a first session with you look like?
I create a therapeutic space for my clients to gain insight into what is keeping them stuck and empower them to take steps to create lasting change.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a variety of client centered, evidenced based modalities (guided by my intuition) to tailor a unique approach to treatment. I frequently use CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Skills building, Solution Focused, art, role playing, and psychodrama to support clients in reaching their goals.
