What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session, you can expect me to help you work through the difficulties you explain you are having. I want to help you find tools which work for you to help bring balance to your life. If something we talk about to help doesn't actually help, let's find what will work for you. Therapy is about you and how we can work together to achieve the growth you want.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use CBT and narrative therapy to help you identify your values and skills and learn how to reframe your thoughts to move your life in the direction you are seeking.
