What is your style/approach to therapy?
We will use reality therapy, psychodynamic, and existential therapies. I have training in a number of modalities, but most importantly I will meet you where you are at. Your buy in and connection to the process are of upmost importance.
What does a first session with you look like?
There is a safe space for you to begin the journey of healing. We will create trust and rapport that will be the compass of our journey. We will use psychodynamic therapy to assist you in finding the answers you desire.
