What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is for you to leave your sessions feeling empowered, encouraged, and hopeful with practical tools that you can use day to day.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
It is very important to me to approach my clients holistically, meaning bringing different areas of your life, physical, mental, relational, and spiritual into the counseling process. I utilize various counseling approaches in session, such as person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused, and trauma-informed care. I am also trained in utilizing the Gottman Method in regard to couples counseling. Please note for couples counseling services, it is self-pay only. Rates are $150 for assessment sessions and $125 for follow-up sessions.
