What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect our first session to be about 60 mins of data collection for the initial assessment, in which we will identify your overall goals for therapy and discuss different interventions and approaches to assist us in accomplishing what you are looking for through individual therapy sessions. We also will review diagnosed disorders and recommendations for future sessions during our first session. Our second session will begin with treatment planning, which we will use as our blueprint for upcoming therapy sessions. Treatment planning is an ongoing process, we can adjust treatment goals as needed throughout your duration of treatment.

Behavior therapy is an approach that focuses on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behaviors. Integrative or holistic therapy is a blend of elements from different approaches that are tailored to the individual needs of the client
