What does a first session with you look like?
Krystal is a non-judgemental, therapist that likes to utilize active listening in order to better understand the needs of the client. The goal is to work on your treatment plan and goals in a way that does not cause dependency on me as the therapist but independence in your thoughts and behaviors. It is common for clients to see quicker results.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My clients have successfully overcome or depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, marital stress, parent-child difficulties, domestic violence, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, and anger issues. My specialties include working with the lgbtqia2s+ community and working with teens!
